Max Verstappen groans in pain and shouts ‘argh, f***!’ on Red Bull team radio after F1 star’s crash with Lewis Hamilton

MAX VERSTAPPEN cried "argh f ***!'" to his team radio following a major crash at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone.

A huge row broke out in Formula One after the incident on the first lap with Lewis Hamilton. The incident resulted in Hamilton being taken to hospital.

After a collision at Silverstone of 180mph, Max Verstappen crashed into the wall.

Hamilton was second to his championship rival in Sunday’s race, and the pair engaged each other in a fierce battle for the lead.

The Brit raced down the inside of the Copse Corner at 180 mph to try and overtake Verstappen, but Verstappen won the race.

They made contact and the Dutchman was able to cross the gravel at high speed into the tyre wall.

The driver was taken to hospital after the impact measured 51G in G-force.

Red Bull Garage immediately checks in on Verstappen via team radio after the crash to make sure he is safe.

They said, "Max, are your okay?"

Verstappen responded after a few seconds: "Argh...f ***!"

After a few minutes, the championship leader managed to get out of his car with the assistance of marshals. Thankfully, he was able to walk away from the wreckage.

After being taken to Silverstone medical center, he was transferred to nearby Coventry hospital to undergo checks. He was discharged on Sunday evening with the all clear.

Verstappen shared a photo with dad Jos and Verstappen to thank his fans.

On Twitter, he wrote: "Cleared the hospital after all the tests were okay. We are grateful to everyone who sent us nice messages and best wishes.

Fans are divided on who caused the crash. Hamilton was given a ten second penalty and then went on to win Grand Prix.

Verstappen called the Brit "disrespectful" for celebrating the victory in front the Silverstone crowd during his hospital visit.

Online, he wrote: "Glad that I'm okay. I was very disappointed to be taken out like that.

"The penalty we were given doesn't help us, and it doesn't justice to Lewis's dangerous actions on the track. We move on, despite the fact that it is unsportsmanlike and disrespectful to watch Lewis celebrate while in hospital.

Hamilton, 36, did not apologize for the incident after race but sent Verstappen his best wishes.

The reigning champion suffered racial abuse in the aftermath of the crash and wrote that "Today is an example of the dangers inherent in this sport."
